Associate Professor Richard J Harvey

A/Prof. Richard J Harvey, is a dedicated rhinologist (nose, sinus, allergy and endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery) at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. He is the Head of Rhinology & Skull Base Surgery at the Applied Medical Research Center of UNSW and is A/Professor at both the University of NSW and Macquarie University. After several years of post-training fellowships, including formal fellowships in the USA and UK, Richard practices in Sydney, Australia, as one of only a few dedicated rhinologists in the country. Richard has authored over 100 publications, abstracts and book chapters. He currently sits on the editorial board for Rhinology Journal and The International Forum of Allergy and Rhinology. He is an associate editor for American Journal of Rhinology and Allergy and is actively involved in research programs in Sydney. Dr Connie Katelaris

Dr Connie Katelaris is a Professor of Immunology & Allergy, University of Western Sydney and Head of Department and Senior Staff Specialist at Campbelltown Hospital. She also has a busy private consultant practice at Westmead. Dr Katelaris is a past president of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy, an immediate past president of the Asian Pacific Association of Allergology, Asthma and Clinical Immunology, and she has held executive positions on the World Allergy Organisation Board.
