Associate Professor Ajeet Singh

Associate Professor Ajeet Singh (MBBS(Melb), MPsych(Melb), MD(Melb), FRANZCP), an academic private psychiatrist with interests in mood disorders, pharmacogenetics, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and medical innovation. He is based at The Geelong Clinic, and teaches at Deakin Medical School. His research has focused on genetically-guided prescribing (pharmacogenetics) of antidepressants, particularly the role of the blood-brain-barrier. He is an academic member of the Clinical Pharmacogenetics Implementation Consortium (CPIC) and member of the Genetic Tests in Psychiatry Taskforce, International Society of Psychiatric Genetics (ISPG).
