This publication summarises key aspects of the 2025 update to the New Zealand COPD Guidelines, and provides information on inhaled maintenance therapies currently funded in New Zealand, including single inhaler triple therapy (SITT). Evidence for the use of SITT is then presented. The content is intended for healthcare professionals delivering care to individuals with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in a community setting.
