This review is intended as an educational resource for healthcare professionals who encounter
patients with adverse reactions while receiving immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy for cancer.
It summarises the impact, diagnosis, and management of pneumonitis associated with ICI therapy in
these patients, using current clinical consensus. The review also presents and discusses two cases
of ICI-associated pneumonitis.
