This review summarises a presentation by Professor Anna Sediva, which was delivered as part of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy Conference and sponsored by the Pharming Group. During her presentation, Professor Sediva highlighted the evolution of our understanding of APDS before examining the impact of leniolisib in the management of APDS, drawing on long-term extension data from international clinical trials and real-world experience.
