This review article provides an introductory overview of psoriasis, then primarily focusses on real-world evidence for the efficacy, safety and drug survival of secukinumab in patients with moderate-to severe disease chronic plaque psoriasis as reported in the HOPE, SUSTAIN and REALIA trials.
The review includes guiding commentary from Associate Professor Peter Foley of the Department of Medicine (Dermatology), University of Melbourne, VIC, and a Dermatologist in private practice in Malvern.
