This review discusses the evidence supporting the use of abemaciclib for treatment of hormone receptor positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
It also provides commentary from Professor Fran Boyle, a Medical Oncologist at Northern Sydney’s Mater Hospital where she is Director of the Patricia Ritchie Centre for Cancer Care and Research and Professor of Medical Oncology at the University of Sydney.
