This review discusses the treatment rationale, pharmacological properties, dosage and administration, and some key studies focussed on the use of Ciclosporin 0.1% eye drops. Commentary is provided by Professor Mark Daniell, a senior consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon and head of the corneal service at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital.
